Nairobi Nights has gone viral! 🎉 We’re the hottest new platform connecting travellers with authentic Kenyan companions. As we grow, we need a passionate intern to help us keep our users happy and engaged.
Role Overview:
As our Customer Support Intern, you’ll be the voice of Nairobi Nights, assisting guides through the signup process and helping customers with their questions, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth interactions on our platform. If you’re a people person with great communication skills, this is your chance to shine!
Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Assist users with account setup, bookings, and troubleshooting.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed.
- Gather user feedback to help improve our platform.
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and helpful tone in all interactions.
Requirements:
- Based in Kenya with reliable internet access.
- Own a laptop and ready to work remotely.
- Strong communication skills in English & Swahili.
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
- Quick learner and tech-savvy (we’ll provide the tools you need!).
- 3+ years experience in a customer service role.

Contract Terms
- Temporary contract, this will be reviewed monthly.
- Self employed contractor (You handle your own tax)
- Salary 18,000 Khs per month
- Working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week with 2 days rest.
